Application Software Developer (m/f/o)

- Focus on Design and implementation of application software for brake systems -

Your Responsibilities:


  • Analysis and review of customer and system Requirements
  • Design solutions based on customer or products demands
  • Development of application software components for LSP line of products, as well for customer’s demands
  • Integration of software components and solutions into the company or customer products
  • Testing of solutions from unit level to system integration
  • Development activities according to software standards, such as ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO 21434
  • Support the continuous improvements of processes and tools
  • Support on project quotation, planning and execution

Job requirements


Your Profile:


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Physics or similar
  • Substantial experience in the model-based development with MATLAB / Simulink, including code generation and toolboxes for validation and requirements management
  • Experience on development of mechatronic systems (e.g., steering, automatic gearboxes) and control systems, preferred on brake systems
  • Knowledge and experience of scripting languages is a plus
  • Experience in analysis and testing tools, such as the Vector toolchain
  • Experience in software development processes (e.g., GIT), as well as automotive development processes (e.g., V-Model, ASPICE)
  • Knowledge and experience AUTOSAR is a plus
  • Independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Good mathematical- and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and team-working skills
  • Solid English skills
